Our house hadn’t been painted for over 20 years. They scraped and sanded. They fixed holes and gaps and cracks that I didn’t know were there. They removed all the downspouts, sanded, scraped and caulked behind it, painted it, and then they put the downspouts back and painted them. They ripped out old caulking and re-caulked. And much of our trim had never been caulked properly, so they did all that. Our house has never looked so beautiful. And I am completely confident that our house is very well protected for a few decades now. Luis was an absolute joy to work with. He is an excellent communicator. He always replies right away to texts, emails, and voice messages. But above all this, Luis is a good man. You can trust him. He keeps his word. On our house, everything he said he would do, he did, and then some. His crew are a bunch of friendly, skilled professionals. They left our house and yard paint free and beautifully cleaned up. If I could check 10 stars, this would be a 10 star review. So many people just want to get in there and out of there, doing the job as quick as possible to make more money on the next project.
