Our house hadn’t been painted for over 20 years. They scraped and sanded. They fixed holes and gaps and cracks that I didn’t know were there. They removed all the downspouts, sanded, scraped and caulked behind it, painted it, and then they put the downspouts back and painted them. They ripped out old caulking and re-caulked. And much of our trim had never been caulked properly, so they did all that. Our house has never looked so beautiful.
